Base:
Two-component polyester resins and aliphatic isocyanate hardener
Colour:
White and colours from the industrial tinting system
Density (20 °C):
1.2 kg/dm³
Film thickness:
Dry: min. 40 µm (max. 80 µm)
Wet: min. 75 µm (max. approx. 150 µm)
Note: The stated film thickness per coat is indicative and strongly depends on the type of substrate and the application method used.
Drying time:
At 20 °C and 65% RH
Dust dry after approx. 1 hour
Tack-free after approx. 5 hours
Recoatable:
After approx. 24 hours (at 20 °C)
Note: Maximum mechanical and chemical resistance is reached after approx. 7 days. Until then, heavy loading should be avoided as much as possible.
Gloss:
High gloss, 85–95 G.U. at 60°
Note: The gloss level depends on the colour used, the surface preparation and the surface texture of the substrate.
Solids content:
Approx. 53 vol.% (depending on the colour used)
Theoretical coverage:
At 40 µm dry: 13.3 m²/l
At 50 µm dry: 10.6 m²/l
At 70 µm dry: 7.6 m²/l
Note: To determine the correct consumption, it may be necessary to apply a test area beforehand.
Shelf life:
At least 12 months in the unopened original packaging and when stored frost-free.
